People Are My Passion!
Since 1994 I have been connecting top talent in New Jersey with progressive employers. Over the years, I have had the good fortune of being trained by the best in the business; Bruno, Byrne, Cahill, Disney Institute, Finkle, Leffkowitz, and the list goes on.
I am a past Vice President of the New Jersey Staffing Alliance (NJSA), New Jersey's leading recruitment industry trade association, where I Co-Chaired our Programs and Education Committee. This gave me unparalleled access to nationwide experts in sourcing, recruitment, interviewing, and leadership.
In 2015 I earned the title of "Master" (7th Degree Black Belt) in the traditional martial art of self-defense, Taekwon-Do. Hence our name, Master Search Solutions. I am Certified International Master Instructor (International Taekwon-Do Federation) and I teach both Taekwon-Do and Filipino Martial Arts (Kuntaw Kali Kruzada) at my school, All-Star Taekwon-Do and Self-Defense, located in West Caldwell, NJ.
